At the Boutique Nic & Luc wewant to ensure that your shopping experience is in your satisfaction.

All orders received before 6pm.will be processed the same day depending on stock availability, or provide aperiod of 24 hours.

We try as much as possible to keep updated the stock in our virtual boutique, but it can happen that the item (or size) purchased is not more available in the moment of the purchase; in this case, we'll contact you within 12 hours after purchase. If the item will be in stock soon, we'll let you know by email the estimated date that came to the store. So you have two options, to wait for the item on "back-order" and proceed with your purchase, we will send the items available, and the items on "back-order" will be sent in free shipping. Or cancel the missing item and continue your purchase only with the items available, if applied.

Please note that prices may vary in Store and Some offers on this web page are for online customers only.

You can return most items that you aren't completely satisfiedand receive a refund if it respects our Return and Exchange Policy.

 Our customers in the province of Quebec mustpay GST (5%) and QST (9.975%). Customers from Canada will be charged with the GST(5%) only. No tax is applied to any customer outside Canada. Customs fees mayapply, however. Nic & Luc does not accept responsibility for any customsfees.


Pre-orders are items that are not presently in stock but are upcoming. Normally non-clothing items have an estimated date of arrival to the store , however, orders may arrive at the store before the date marked. You will be notified once the item arrives at the store. Pre-ordering item is a great way to ensure your styles and sizing for the next season.

You can choose to pay full price for the pre-order or 50% deposit. If you would like to leave deposit only, please enter coupon code "50%DEPOSIT" at checkout. You will be only charged 50% and once we receive the merchandise we will send you an invoice with the balance, from that moment you can pay the remaining amount and we will proceed to the shipment of the order. If pre-order balances are not paid within 15 days of the date of balance invoice, the items on that order will be returned to stock and the deposit paid will not be refunded and no store credit will be issued.

You can cancel your pre-order within 5 days from the date you placed the order and receive a full refund of your deposit. Should you decide to cancel your pre-order after this time period, your deposit will not be refunded but we can issue a store credit for this amount.

Pre-orders on clothes: Spring/Summer orders arrive between February 15th and April 15th. Fall/Winter orders arrive between August 1st and September 30th. You can return for a full refund or exchange pre-ordred item within 10 days form the date you actually receive it. Our store Return and Exchange Policy applies to pre-ordered items.

Preorders ship within 48 hours of the time they arrive at our store and upon payment of balance.
