SHIPPING

For mail service, the following choices are offered to our customers when shopping online:

-Local Deliveries (Montreal Island) are made on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

- Canada Post: Standard Service Parcel, Expedited, Priority Worldwide USA, Xpresspost USA, Small Parcel - Air, Global Priority INTL Canada Post.

- The UPS services.


Once you have completed your order online, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped. You can track your package online through Canada Post or UPS. NOTE: The shipments may be made in recycled boxes, if for some reason you do not want your order shipped in recycled boxes, just contact us, in that case packaging cost will be applied.

Shipping Local Deliveries (Montreal Island) now has flat rates: Standard Service only $8.99 and Expedited $10. This rates are subject to domestic taxes.

And for all purchases greater than $59 and shipping within Canada the delivery by regular service is FREE. Purchases greater than $99 and shipping within US the delivery by regular service is FREE.


EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND CREDIT


We agree to exchange, refund or provide a credit for any item purchased at regular price or pay up to 25% off, if returned within 12 days after the date of purchase. For items purchased between 30% and 40% off, only the exchange is accepted if returned within 10 days after the date of purchase.

Note that NO returns, exchanges or credit notes are accepted for the following items: swimsuits, underwear, items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging, and any items on End of Season Sale or over 40% off. Also, all sales are final after 12 days of the date of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached, including the original packaging.

We make shopping online more enjoyable and convenient, NOW with free return shipping!. Products purchased online at www.boutiquenicandluc.com and that meet our EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND CREDIT policy, please contact our customer service team at 1-514-482-9385 or log in to My Account to contact us. For approved returns, we will send a return shipping label via email. You have 7 business days from the time of delivery to ship the item back to us in its original condition. We will send you by e-mail the confirmation of receipt of the parcel.

Credit processing times

The credit will be processed once we receive in our store the returned item. We will inspect it before issuing a refund. If for any reason the product is not returned in its original condition or is no longer saleable, restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Once approved, an e-mail will be sent with details of the transaction: confirmation number, totals and details of the article for which the credit was applied. But carry a reasonable time for processing credit before you see the refund you are entitled to appear on your statement. *Please note that original shipping fees charged when sending the order out are non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours from the time of order.

Please send your cancellation request to info@boutiquenicandluc.com with your order number or log in to My Account to Contact Us or to submit a request. We will notify you if your order is eligible to be cancelled. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not confirm that your order is cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Oops! We sincerely apologize if you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@boutiquenicandluc.com or Call us Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm EST at 1-514-482-9385 within 1 business day of receiving your order. We ask that you provide us with detailed photographs so we can gage the extent of the damage or defect. This is necessary for our records, the manufacturer's and the shipping carrier if an item was damaged in transit. Depending on the product and amount of damage or defect, a replacement part or a brand new unit will be sent to you as soon as possible!
